In February 2005, Significant Technologies Sdn Bhd (SIGtech) was awarded as a certified school fo Fiber Optic Association (FOA) of America. This has enable SIGtech to offer training and examination on FOA Professional Certification. SIGtech also a HRDF Training Provider since 2007 until now. To date, more than 150 short courses was conducted by SIGtech.

Certified Fiber Optic Technologist is a basic fiber optic training that consists of in-class lectures and hands-on activities. CFOT covers the basic of optical fiber communication technology, knowledge on fiber optics cables and networks as well as hands-on experience in performing fiber termination process.
Certified Premises Cabling Technician is a structured 5 days training program that consists of in-class lectures and hands-on activities. At the end of the training program the participants will sit for CPCT examination and certificate will be given upon passing the exam.
CFOS/H is an advance fiber optic training for those wanting to learn more about specialized fiber optic applications or who wish to develop greater skills in the process of fiber optic installation. CFOS/H course covers training on Fiber To The Home/Premises/Curb (called FTTx)
CFOS/D is an advance fiber optic training for those wanting to learn more about specialized fiber optic applications in fiber optic network, issues appropriate and specific to fiber optic cable pant and network design.
CFOS/T is an advance fiber optic training for those wanting to learn more about specialized fiber optic applications and CFOS/T topics covered in this course are the processes in performing fiber link testing using OLTS and OTDR
CFOS/S is an advance fiber optic training for those wanting to learn more about specialized fiber optic applications and CFOS/S topics covered in this course are the optical fiber jointing type and issues, step to maintain the splicing equipment and tools, fault factor in fusion splicing and equipment setting.
CFOS/O is an advance fiber optic training for those wanting to learn more about specialized fiber optic applications and CFOS/O is focusing on topics which covered Outsite Plan work and installation.
